Count on us. Both the Fluidwell organization and its products have various certificates, referred to as ISO9001, ATEX, IECEx, FM and CSA.

Product certification
Product certificates are granted when product design fulfils all requirements defined within a certain predefined scheme. Fluidwell display products have been certified according to the European ATEX Directive, the international IECEx Scheme, and the Canadian/US CSA and FM requirements. Certification according to these requirements typically involves a thorough study of the design by an independent, accredited institute, including sample testing. The underlying standards for these studies and tests are often publications of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), such as the well known IEC 60079 series.

Organization certification
As you want not only a certified design, but also a product of world class quality, our manufacturing processes are certified as well. As product and organizational certificates are strongly interrelated, the same references are used. Our organizational certifications are therefore also referred to as ATEX, IECEx, FM and CSA. Fluidwell's processes and procedures should ensure the certified design is reproduced without any deviation.

In order to become and stay certified, Fluidwell is regularly audited by Certifying Bodies. During these examinations all processes related to manufacturing of the certified product are assessed on location. Certification is only granted if all processes leading to the end product are optimized for accurate reproduction of the certified design.

Fluidwell organizational certificates ensure that your products are manufactured in a reliable way, not deviating from the certified design, and without the need for you to visit our plant to check this.

ISO9001 certificate
This is an organizational certificate not especially focusing on certified products. The ISO9001 standard aims at management of interrelated company processes in such a way that customer focus is maximized and fact based continuous improvement is implemented. As this is such a valuable and basic policy, most of the other standards require an ISO9001 certified organization to begin with.

Our ISO9001 certificate is the foundation under all other certificates. This certificate ensures our permanent efforts to find opportunities for improving Fluidwell to your advantage.

Summary
Fluidwell displays is a fully ISO9001-2008 certified company (no departments excluded). Our workshop is ATEX and IECEx certified for the production of intrinsically safe products. Our continuous product improvement together with our product assembly systems, including robotics and automated test and calibration facilities, have resulted in a high reliability. Problems that effect the quality of the product or assembly process are immediately analyzed and fed back to product development.
