New display
with large digits
After successfully completing the beta
test versions (both M-series and F090 field trials) we’ve started the first
production batch in January 2007. The field trials incorporate 8 products at
five different sites undertaking in total 10.000 hours in harsh
environments.The new display with large 26 mm(1”) digits can be selected for the products F010; F040; F050; F070 and the new F090 loop powered display.
The display shows digital process
values and engineering units, but also incorporates an analog bargraph in the
shape of a pie.
This feature improves readability and
results in ease of operation. Plant operators can verify process values from
a distance and act quicker on alarm events. The range of options enhance the
new models capabilities, including adjustable green / amber LED backlight.
ProcessMonitor
bv is a Fluidwell company that has been established to fulfill the increasing
request for remote monitoring. This means the (wireless) transfer of
measurement data to a centralised system and a powerful monitoring tool
for visualization, data logging and immediate response. ProcessMonitor bv introduces
a universal wireless solution for process data collection.
The M-Series offers a quad band GSM / GPRS modem, four isolated inputs and a
universal power supply. Other features are the back-up battery and an
industrial enclosure with IP67/NEMA4 rating.
The M-Series are capable of sending data messages based on a real time clock,
time interval, occasion (power failure or high/low alarm) and on demand.
Process variables are measured at remote sites using field instrumentation or
sensors. Target applications are bulk storage tanks (solids & liquids) in the food and chemical industry.
The M-Series can be used in conjunction with: ProcessView i.e. a software
application, a GSM mobile phone or the web-portal from ProcessMonitor.
Fluidwell proudly introduces the new F090 loop powered display, the latest member of
the F-Series. The input loop powered indicator is designed for process
applications where no power supply is required. The F090 takes operating
energy from an input current (2-wire 4 - 20mA) and reduces installation cost.
The new member of the F-Series accepts a wide range of process instruments,
including flow (linear or square root), level, pressure and temperature
transmitters. All these process parameters can be displayed in their own
engineering units. The F090 is, like other F-Series, optional available with
Intrinsic Safety for hazardous area applications.
