New F120 Flow rate Controller

The new flow rate controller F120 is NOW available! The F120 single loop controller is part of the Fluidwell process controller family and has been designed to offer outstanding control performance and provide a reliable solution for a wide variety of flow control applications. The F120 flow rate controller accepts most pulse inputs from flow meters and has a 4 - 20mA output for controlling a valve or pump. The flow rate controller has got two control modes:

• Hand: the control output can be

   manually changed, there is no loop

   connection (manual valve control).

• Auto: the set point can be set and/or

  changed to obtain the desired flow rate. There is a bump less transfer between the two control modes. The F120 has got two alarm outputs available to transmit the flow rate alarm condition, 1 low and 1 high alarm output. Another important feature is the safety mode, where a contact input closure will set the control output to a predetermined safety value. After releasing the contact, the former value and function will be reinstalled. The F120 extends its possibilities by using an Intrinsically Safe option in a rigid IP67 field enclosure. The F-series product range is the alternative to replace existing pneumatic controllers in local control loops!

The F124 Ratio Controller is a high-stability instrument designed for demanding ratio control applications, such as required in chemical dosing, water treatment, chlorination, mixing vessels,  waste incinerators and gas furnace control. The F124 will show a strong influence of maintaining a good and constant quality of products and saves money on the blending components. The ratio controller accepts most pulse inputs from flow meters and has a 4 - 20mA output for controlling a valve or pump. The F124 has two digital outputs available to transmit the high and low ratio alarm condition. With the release of the two intelligent F-Series Controllers, the F120 and F124, Fluidwell continues to innovate towards market requirements.
