Fluidwell customer support

I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Misja van der Horst and I will be responsible for customer support over the whole range of Fluidwell products both technical and commercially.

I have approximately seventeen years of experience in sales and (field) support on instrumentation and indicators from all kind of manufacturers. I’m already familiar with the Fluidwell range of indicators since the first introduction now 17 years ago. In my former position over the last 10 years I have sold, installed and supported many Fluidwell products in combination with all kinds of different field instruments.

Extended range of I.S. certificates

We are pleased to announce that we received our fourth Intrinsic Safety certificate for the F0-Series. Besides the ATEX, IECEx and CSA c-us certificates for Intrinsically Safe applications, we are (since June 25^th 2009) FM approved. The allowed ambient temperature is
-40°C to +70°C
(-40°F/+158°F). All options re-main available for the F0-Series, including the bi-colour backlight for applications where readabi-lity is an issue.

HV back case

On request of some customers, Fluidwell has added a back case to the range of enclosures. The HV is an aluminum  back case with 4 holes M20 x 1,5 cable entries. You can see the full range of enclosures at the website or download the enclosure datasheet.

Documentation updated and downloadable

Since Fluidwell continuously improves its products, also the documentation is liable to changes. For this reason we have updated the datasheets and made new folders for the

F-Series. The folders have been carried out in 15 languages: English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Polish, Russian, Arab, Japanese and Chinese. All datasheets are downloadable from the specific product pages and the F-Series folders from the download page on our website.
