The UKCA marking is used on products for the GB market. It shows that products comply with requirements in legislation applying in Great Britain.
The UK government intends to extend recognition of the CE marking for placing most goods on the market in Great Britain, indefinitely, beyond December 2024. So they intend to allow the use of the CE marking and reversed epsilon marking on the GB market untill and after 31 December 2024.
This update also applies to the regulations of equipment for potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX).
